HLH Artist Cottage

Welcome!
Come on in... look around... we are glad that you stopped by!!!

Along with oaks, birds, privacy, butterflies and only one mile to the areas best beaches - The Heartlocket Hollow (HLH) Artist Cottage is cozy, casual & private with artistic flare. Decorated with comfort in mind, this unique one-of-a-kind place has a very artistic history. It has served as an art studio, hosted art shows, provided space for craft classes, has been called home for a several artists and it was built by artists. In the 1970’s a performing artist and her husband completely rebuilt the original Old Florida house into the one of a kind structures here today. The next family consisted of carpenters and gardeners. Located on the historically original street to the beaches, this property has been art-filled for over 40 years.  It seems natural to continue this theme now that this bungalow has been converted to a vacation cottage.

So this year, the lovely cottage has become a vacation rental. With the help of 3 daughters decorating the three bedrooms, family and friends’ contributions and the talents of the grounds-keeper (who can fix anything) the cottage is ready! It's heritage will be one of continued artistic additions & updates! If you live in Pinellas County and want to get-away for a week or if you have out of town guests coming to stay - contact me for availability! If you live out of town or out of state, you will love the convenient location of this affordably priced place for your vacation home away. If you are a traveling artist or photographer - the 3rd bedroom is available to be set up as an art studio!

Close to shopping, restaurants, tourist destinations and an easy drive from Tampa International Airport or the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport guests will find the HLH Artist Cottage filled with convenience and charm.
